POLISH CITIZENSHIP, RESIDENCE PERMIT FOR A LONG TERM EU RESIDENT
WHO CAN APPLY FOR POLISH CITIZENSHIP?
Polish citizenship may be acquired by being granted Polish citizenship by the President of the Republic of Poland – in which case it is the President who, at his/her discretion, grants Polish citizenship without any additional requirements, or through an application submitted to the relevant provincial governor. As a group of experts, we provide comprehensive services in the field of both granting citizenship by the President of the Republic of Poland and recognition as a Polish citizen.
WHAT WE DO?
- Granting of Polish citizenship by the President of the Republic of Poland – we will prepare and submit the application on your behalf, together with all required attachments, through the voivode with jurisdiction over your place of residence or directly to the President’s Office.
- Recognition as a Polish national – we will prepare and submit the application for you, together with all the required attachments, to the competent voivode for your place of residence, if you have been residing in Poland continuously for 3 years on the basis of a permanent residence permit or a long-term EU resident’s residence permit and have Polish language certificate at minimum B1 level.
- Restoration of Polish nationality – we will prepare and submit for you the application with all required attachments directly to the Minister of Interior. Such a document is submitted if the foreigner lost their citizenship before 1 January 1999.
- receive correspondence, reply to all letters and resolve problems that arise during ongoing proceedings;
- we complete missing documents;
- consults the foreigner on the steps to be taken in relation to the case.
- we assist in filling in the residence application;
- we enrol the foreigner to the queue for the submission of documents and on the appointed day we assist in their submission;
- we receive correspondence during the ongoing proceedings, reply to all; letters and solve problems that arise during the ongoing proceedings;
- we complete missing documents;
- consults the foreigner on the steps to be taken in relation to the case.
