WHO CAN APPLY FOR POLISH CITIZENSHIP? Polish citizenship may be acquired by being granted Polish citizenship by the President of the Republic of Poland – in which case it is the President who, at his/her discretion, grants Polish citizenship without any additional requirements, or through an application submitted to the relevant provincial governor.   • Restoration of Polish nationality – we will prepare and submit for you the application with all required attachments directly to the Minister of Interior. Such a document is submitted if the foreigner lost their citizenship before 1 January 1999.
In additional, at every stage of ongoing proceedings:
  • receive correspondence, reply to all letters and resolve problems that arise during ongoing proceedings;
  • we complete missing documents;
  • consults the foreigner on the steps to be taken in relation to the case.
RESIDENT PERMIT FOR A LONG TERM EU RESIDENT If you have been residing in Poland continuously for 5 years and have a Polish language certificate at B1 level, with the help of our experts you can apply for a long-term resident’s EU residence permit. A residence permit for a long-term EU resident is, next to temporary and permanent residence permits, one of the main ways of legalising your stay in Poland. It is granted (just like a permanent residence permit) without a specific expiry date, which means that it gives you the possibility to stay and work in Poland (without the need to obtain an additional permit) for an unlimited period of time.
