Change to the decision for teporary residence permit and work

A foreigner who has been granted a temporary residence and work permit may perform work under the terms of this decision only. However, as practice shows, a lot can change in terms of employment in a period of three years. From the conditions of work and pay to even a change of employer, almost every change requires an application for an amendment of the decision, the exception being, for example, a change in remuneration or the basis for the provision of work when a civil law contract turns into an employment contract.

Only the temporary residence and work permit is subject to amendment of the decision; for other types of permits, the application must be resubmitted.
WHERE AND WHEN WE NEED TO SEND AN APPLICATION? The application must be submitted to the voivode with jurisdiction over your place of residence. Submission of the application does not require you to appear in person again to give your fingerprints. The application must be submitted within 15 days of the date on which the grounds for amending the residence decision occur. Do you have any questions?
